Psychiatrist

A fully trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who has lived and
practiced in La Canada for 15 years. Dr. Atkins has directed child and adolescent hospital and outpatient treatment programs for several local hospitals and for the U.S.C. Medical School Department of Psychiatry.  He has been a CPC member for four years and serves as a consultant and board member for many organizations, providing mental health services and chemical dependency treatment in our area. In his private practice he provides both psychotherapy and medication evaluation and treatment.
